                   Plein Air Landscapes
Painting outside is an entirely different experience than painting in the studio. Often my students who aren't working claim to be "thinking" and as a model educator, I reply with, "Stop thinking and just start making."   In plein air painting, there is little  time for thinking-- Just mix the right colors and paint quickly before the whole scene changes.   As an artist, it gets you out of your head and brings out an authentic, individual style.
